Thinking about training on the bike

Stationary Bike

Hello, it's Kevin( @keviko.com).


I start my workout and end them with a 5-min bike ride.

Sometimes 3 mins.

I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not but I do them just from a habit of doing them.

Does anyone do anything special before and after workouts?

Other than "taking showers" please lol

I had a so-so workout this morning and while I was on the bike, I was thinking how I can train harder next time...

I have only been sleeping 6.5 hrs for the past few days...

I'm sure that's a part of the reasons.

I guess more sleep is in order.
