Roasted Chicken Breast

Still on the low carb-diet.

It's not so hard to continue once you get used to it.

I didn't eat that half the buns on the photo though.

Just chicken breast and veggies.

I'm allowing myself to have 50g of carbohydrate a day but I already had it at lunch time so no potato nor rice/bread at dinner.

I should be re-introducing carbs from next week but gradually.

I still see a thick layer of fat underneath my skin especially around tummy area and I want to rid of them...

Is it even possible at 53?

I guess anything is possible but man I stay hungry...
